To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging. Opened or partially used products are still eligible for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — we want you to try it risk-free.

To start a return, contact us at info@lymphae.us with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or quantity, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Subscription orders that have already been consumed are not eligible for return. Free promotional items included with an order are not eligible for separate return or refund.
