1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return is received and inspected (or approved without return for qualifying cases), we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@lymphae.us.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may apply, for example if only part of a bundle order is returned.

5. Subscription Refunds

For subscription orders, you may cancel at any time before your next scheduled shipment. Refunds for subscription charges are available within 30 days of each individual charge.
